4. Payments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
All coaching fees are due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon. We require a 24-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Flights missed or cancellations without prior notice may be subject to full charges at our discretion.
5. No Guarantees
While we strive to provide the highest quality coaching experience, results depend on the client's own commitment and actions. Caroline Santo Coaching makes no guarantees, expressed or implied, regarding specific outcomes or results from the coaching process.
